Amethyst – dispels/transforms negativity; strengthens the third eye vision or your intuitive sense; increases spiritual awareness; helps prevent nightmares. Amethyst is believed to be good for headaches and preventing overindulgence in alcohol; a general healing stone. It works synergistically with other crystals, making it an all-purpose and very popular gem.

Sodalite – Enhances rational thinking, insight, logic, intelligence, emotional balance, and Higher Knowledge. Sodalite facilitates learning, proficiency, intuition, truth and consciousness. This is the Patron Stone of those who Seek Wisdom.

Clear Quartz is a very popular crystal – for many it’s the Master Healer – because it protects from negative energies while strengthening the aura. Clear Quartz can be easily programmed with a particular purpose – it’s great for communication. One potential ‘drawback’ is that it does a very good job of absorbing negativity – which is good – but it does mean that you need to cleanse or clear it frequently. In addition to healing & communication other uses of clear quartz include dispelling negativity, bringing clarity and focus, clearing & amplifying energies, and as it aids in communication it enables other crystals to work better & stronger together than they ever could on their own.
