We respect your privacy!
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop us an email.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for damaged merchandise only. Prior approval must be given. If a package arrives obviously damaged do not accept it and contact us immediately. We will determine the next step. All returns require an authorization #.
In the unlikely event that you are missing an item(s) from your order, please contact us within 5 business days. We’ll track down the problem and get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
We ship packages out USPS Monday - Friday, and usually within 24 hours of placing your order. However, as these are handmade, OOAK items, occasionally shipment will be delayed as your item is being made. If this does happen I will contact you immediately to apprise you of the situation. If you need any item by a certain date please let me know and I will be sure you have it in time.
Currently we ship to the US only. However, if you are interested in purchasing my products and you live outside the US just contact via email & I’m confident we can work something out on a case-by-case basis. (And who knows – if enough people buy from me from a given country, I just might be forced to include them in my general shipping policies – so tell all your friends to buy from me!)
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.

Although unlikely, we reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Magickal Jewelry is a new site, and I will be adding “new” products all the time. If you’re looking for something in particular and not finding it, drop me an email and I can tell you if I have what you’re looking for.
