Here are some specifics:

Citrine – Aligns with the higher self and lifts the soul.  

Peridot – Accelerates personal growth, and is a physical rejuvenator.  Peridot helps one to be strong and resilient

Carnelian – Increases Inner attunement, actualizes personal power on the physical plane.  Carnelian calms our fears about death and rebirth and allows us to see our past lives, reassuring us that life does not end but circles endlessly – like the seasons themselves.  

Amethyst – This crystal has so many applications!  Specifically for this piece we're concentrating on divine love and healing

Moonstone – Emotional balancer, connection to higher consciousness with protection.  This crystal is generally said to promote good fortune, nurturing, mothering, unselfishness, happiness, humanitarian love, hope, and spiritual insight. 

Clear Quartz Crystal - Helps all other crystals to interact with each other.  Also cleanses, clears and amplifies energies;  dispels negativity;  brings clarity and focus;  aids in healing.

The yellow color of the glass adds confidence, learning, knowledge, mental clarity and progress.
